SaaS PWA Spanish AI assistant

The app residents and managers of Spanish apartment blocks actually open — notices, fee receipts, bookings and fault reports in one place.

Problem
Notices lived in one place, receipts in another, and booking the padel court meant ringing the administrator.
Built
A resident app, a manager panel, and an assistant that answers the everyday questions and hands the conversation to a human the moment it should.
Today
127 communities across Madrid open it every day.

Management system RTL / Farsi Jalali calendar Automation

An education centre where attendance, coach check-in and the monthly report card left the paper ledger and moved onto the coaches' phones.

Problem
Attendance was written on paper, and at the end of every month somebody sat down and assembled the report cards by hand.
Built
A coach app for check-in, attendance and the weekly schedule. Extra sessions get logged too, and the office finds out without being told.
Today
The monthly report card builds itself out of those sessions.

Hospitality Bilingual menu Bookings Branch panel

Menu, ordering, table booking and a branch panel for a café in Yazd — four things that finally read from one database.

Problem
The menu, the orders and the bookings each lived somewhere else, so one price change had to be made in three places.
Built
A bilingual categorised menu, ordering from that same menu, booking on a Jalali calendar, and a branch panel — all reading the same rows.

One system where Yazd Chamber of Commerce staff and government representatives do their work in the same room, so to speak.

Problem
Chamber staff and government representatives each worked on their own, with nowhere in common.

A single shared system both sides work inside, where everyone is looking at the same thing.

Every product gets designed and built as one system — not a prototype with a nice screenshot.

Architecture school teaches you to think about how each part relates to the whole, and how a constraint quietly turns into a design decision. That is the entire job in software too; the materials are just cheaper.

I work in vanilla HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no framework standing between me and what the browser is actually doing. Every schema gets drawn from scratch and every awkward edge case gets argued about before the first line of code.

Four of the ten systems we've built are on this page. The others belong to people who would rather I didn't.
